Our take
I got these 1-pound dumbbells for physical therapy and they're perfect. The neoprene covering is soft and the finger cut-outs make them very comfortable. They're tiny and lightweight, exactly what I needed. However, they're too light for any real strength training. The hot pink color is vibrant. If you need very light weights for rehab or toning, these are a good choice, but don't expect to build muscle.
