This 5-in-1 system is great for space-saving at home. The 50 lb version provides a decent range for most exercises. I appreciate the quick-change mechanism, though it sometimes sticks. The alloy steel handle feels sturdy, but the plastic weight plates can feel cheap. Converting to barbell mode is easy, and the push-up stands are a bonus. The grip is comfortable and non-slip. For the price, you get a lot of versatility, but the maximum weight (90 lbs in other versions) might not satisfy advanced lifters. Overall, a good value for intermediate home gym users.
